How to sell sealed Pokemon products

To sell sealed products to us, simply get in touch with a list of what you have. We will then use the Collectr app or Ebay last sold data to value your collection for an offer. If you have a particularly large collection of items then a pre-made list on a spreadsheet or the Collectr app would be appreciated and make the process faster.

How to sell Single Pokemon cards

buylist.doublesleeved.co.uk - our buylist automatically filters out cards below the £1 threshold. This is the best option for selling modern English cards in Near Mint condition. 

It is important when selling your Pokemon cards to provide an accurate list. Many cards have a few versions of the same artwork, with subtle differences that could vastly affect the card’s value. For example, non-holo, holo, reverse holo, pokeball reverse holo, masterball reverse holo, stamped promo.

If a buylist submission has too many errors then we will be forced to reject it and return the cards to the seller at the seller’s cost.

The Collectr App

Collectr is one of the most popular apps for tracking collections and collection values. The app will give the current market value of each card, helping to get a starting point for any potential deal. Please note that the app will give the Near Mint value of the cards as default. If your cards are not in Near Mint condition then they will be worth less. Please see our condition guide here.

In either case, we encourage you to do your own research about the general value of your cards. Sending over images and asking for a rough offer is not helpful for either party. We cannot value your cards through images alone due to time and accuracy constraints. We can only give a firm offer once the cards have been checked in person.

Resources

Collectr - live market values for single cards and sealed products. Uses data from the USA but the data set is large and reliable. We convert all values to GBP for offers.

ebay.co.uk - The largest card marketplace. The source of a lot of market data. Limitations are price floors that may be misleading. For example, some 5p cards will sell for £1 on eBay as no one sells anything below £1 on eBay. That does not mean a stack of 5000 5p cards is worth £2500 nor would anyone value them as such. 

Pokepulse.io - A great new tool which aggregates data from eBay sales in the UK. Limitations are a lack of data and accuracy for lesser sold cards/items.
