Shipping Times


We dispatch orders on the same day if placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday or working day.

 

UK Shipping Options


Our current preferred delivery methods are listed below, with the costs automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that these options are subject to change depending on performance and customer feedback and we will update this page as necessary. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm Saturday Guaranteed is a guaranteed next day service (Monday to Saturday) with compensation up to £750. This service is best used for orders placed on a Friday before 3pm. Anything placed after 4pm may not be dispatched until Saturday morning making this method obsolete. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm is a guaranteed next day service with compensation up to £750. This service will deliver on Saturdays but is not guaranteed on Saturdays. Postage cost can also be reclaimed from Royal Mail should the next day guarantee not be met. Please contact us if this is the case. 

Please keep in mind that orders placed after 4pm might not be dispatched until the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48® aims for delivery within 2-3 days of dispatch. We offer this delivery option free of charge for all orders above £30.

Royal Mail Tracked 24® aims for delivery within 1-2 days of dispatch. We offer this delivery option free of charge for all orders above £100.

Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter aims for delivery within 1-2 working days of dispatch. No tracking is offered for this service and there is little that can be done if lost. Delays are also more likely compared to tracked alternatives.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter aims for delivery within 2-3 working days of dispatch. No tracking is offered for this service and there is little that can be done if lost. Delays are also more likely compared to tracked alternatives.

 

Whilst all delivery services aim for certain time frames, sometimes it can take longer and is unfortunately outside of our control. If you are worried your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do everything we can to find a solution.  

 

Europe / Rest of World

Unfortunately we do not currently dispatch outside of the UK.

 

FAQ

Your order was marked as 'delivered' but you do not have it

Please be aware that, our couriers may leave your item at your designated delivery address or with a neighbour if they are unable to get hold of you when delivering. If you do not have your order once it has been marked as 'delivered' then we advise that you first check with your neighbours and every individual with access to your property. 

If you are unable to locate your order after 24 hours then please inform us at support@doublesleeved.co.uk and we can contact the courier so they can complete an investigation or file a claim for the order. Please be aware that once a courier has marked an order as 'delivered' our transaction has ended and our ability to influence the outcome is minimal. 

If, once a claim is completed, the courier confirms your order was successfully delivered to the property specified then no compensation can be paid. If the courier confirms a delivery error has been made then compensation up to the insured value can be paid.
